n nResponsibilities
nAs a n Occupational Therapist you will be responsible to:
nnnConduct a c omprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures.
n
nnDevelop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders .
n
nnProvide quality treatments , actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life .
n
nnConduct screens and provide education to residents /clients , families, caregivers, and staff .
n
nnCoordinate seamless discharge s utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services .
n
nnProvide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record.
n
nnDemonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements.
n
nnComplete and document supervisory visits per regulations.
n
nnCommunicate effectively with residents /clients , families , caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team .
n
n nQualifications
nnnGraduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
n
nnCurrent licensure in the state(s) of practice as required.
n
nnDemonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
n
nnDemonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
n
n nPay Range
nThe estimated starting pay range for this role is $36.79 - $49.77 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
