Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Occupational Therapy and initial board certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
An Active Utah Occupational Therapist License.
The salary for this position is $60 per hour.
