Job description
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation to patients recovering from major illness or injury. In this inpatient setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living, mobility, and cognitive tasks. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and participate in quality and professional development initiatives in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
