Join us at Rivetus Rehab! Take Your Therapist Home Service Area: Southfield, Birmingham, Beverly Hills, Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Royal Oak, Clawson.
As an OT in this role, you will become an integral teammate in our innovative Take Your Therapist Home Program! In a world of shorter SNF stays, TYTH is a one‑of‑a‑kind program where the clinician works directly with patients in the SNF and home health, providing continuity of care for better outcomes.
You will be primarily in the home health setting with dedicated time and caseload support for the SNF. You will have a localized coverage area around the SNF. Your schedule follows a traditional work week.
Rivetus has been serving the geriatric Post‑Acute community since 1998. We are a specialized rehabilitation company operated and managed at the executive level by licensed clinicians. We provide continuity of care across Skilled Nursing, Home Health, and Outpatient settings.

Facility Location: Sterling Heights – 38200 Schoenherr Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48312.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, Full Time.
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Licensure as required by the State of Michigan
Valid driver’s license
Skills and Abilities
Exercise professional judgment and initiative when analyzing problems and recommending solutions
Initiative and flexibility in the work environment
React effectively to the needs of patients and their families
Physical ability to bend, position, transfer, and lift patients weighing from 80 pounds to over 300 pounds, without restriction, using clinically recommended lifting devices
