Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
requirement :
Day Shift - 40 hours per week (8x5's). EPIC experience REQUIRED. Floating is required to other sites (AHBD, AHDL, AHSB) as needed depending on staffing and census, though AHTV would be their main site.Education and Work Experience:Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.Two years' occupational therapy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: RequiredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
