Travel Occupational Therapist in Roseville, MN
Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist in Roseville, MN. Provide home health services across a territory in the Twin Cities including Bloomington, Richfield, south Minneapolis, and Fort Snelling. Support patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to regain or improve daily skills while gaining experience in a community-focused home care environment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
Home health experience required. Experience with Home Care/Home Base and Start of Care (SOC) processes required.
Experience with NetHealth Outpatient is preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within a multi-site territory in urban and suburban community settings.
Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.
