Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to improve independence in daily activities. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress in EMR, and contribute to safe, goal-driven discharge planning in a nurturing and rewarding environment.
