Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab services in our inpatient hospital setting. In this role, you will assess functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, ADLs, and overall independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document in EMR, and support safe discharge planning.
