nHourly Pay: up to $50 per hour , based on experience
n$10,000 Sign-On or Relocation Incentive, plus monthly performance incentive program
nAdvanced Therapy Solutions is seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who enjoys working with individuals of all ages and their families. Join our interdisciplinary team and help make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with diverse needs.
nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting individuals with a wide range of functional needs and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans that enhance independence and quality of life.
nKey Responsibilities:
nnnProvides program participant evaluations, occupational therapy services, and may supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants.
n
nnAssess individuals across all populations and develop effective, individualized treatment plans
n
nnProvide therapy services, update treatment plans, and communicate patient needs with team members
n
nnManage caseloads, re-evaluate progress, and adjust programs as needed
n
nnConduct home evaluations and establish home exercise programs
n
nnMaintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and scheduling
n
nnCollaborate with medical professionals, staff, families, and community resources
n
n nSpecialty & Program Areas:
nnnAssist with Custom Wheelchairs (PT/OT collaboration)
n
nnAssist with Custom Durable Medical Equipment (DME) (OT/PT collaboration)
n
nnProvide support for Feeding Services (High-Need Area) in collaboration with OT/SLP
n
nnDeliver Community-Based Services (marketed as community services, not home health) across all disciplines
n
nnProvide Telehealth Services across all disciplines, as needed
n
nnTravel as needed
n
n nQualifications:
nnnMaster's Degree in Occupational Therapy with at least one year of experience in human services
n
nnExperience in assistive technology evaluations, preferred
n
nnCurrent licensure as an OT in the state of Arizona, and in good standing with AOTA
n
nnValid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
n
nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills
n
