Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
