Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehab services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to maximize independence in activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning, all within a nurturing, dynamic environment that offers meaningful impact and strong career growth.
