Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide goal-directed interventions that promote independence in daily living, mobility, and cognition. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will educate patients and families, ensure accurate documentation, support safe discharges, and contribute to a nurturing, high-quality, and dynamic patient-centered care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
