nWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will be meeting with several patients in a day, discussing their treatment needs and ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans for them. The ideal candidate has a compassionate style of care, has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling multiple different cases at a time.
nWe’re looking for a caring and passionate Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join our in-home pediatric practice.

nWhat We’re Looking For:
nLicensed OTR/L in California
nPassion for working with children (pediatric experience preferred, but training available)
nStrong communication and family-centered mindset
nCreativity in treatment, adaptability
nReliable transportation for in-home visits
nAbility to complete documentation of daily notes and evaluations within a timely manner
nQualifications
nMust hold the required state license for occupational therapy
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
nExcellent organizational skills
nGood attention to detail
nThe ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients
