Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through ADL, mobility, and cognitive retraining to restore independence. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, document outcomes, educate families, and support safe discharges.
