Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic activities to restore independence in daily living. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document progress while working in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment with opportunities for professional growth.
