Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document progress in our EMR.
