Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient healthcare setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide goal-driven interventions to improve independence in daily activities. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and document progress in our EHR.
