Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess patients’ functional, cognitive, and psychosocial needs; design and implement individualized treatment plans; and provide ADL, mobility, and cognitive retraining to promote maximum independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document outcomes using EMR systems.
