Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this patient-centered role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharge planning, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic work environment that offers strong professional growth.
