Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will evaluate patients, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ADL and functional training to restore independence following illness or injury. Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll educate patients and families, document progress, and support safe discharges.
