Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team within Healthcare & Medical Services. In this role, you will assess patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote independence in daily activities. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll partner with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
