Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this hands-on role, you’ll evaluate functional abilities, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic interventions that promote independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team, document progress in the EHR, and educate patients and families on safe transitions home.
