Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through therapeutic activities to improve independence in daily living, mobility, and cognition. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, educate patients and families, and support a nurturing, dynamic environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
