Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, delivering specialized rehab care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients through evidence-based interventions that restore independence in daily living. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and support safe discharge planning.
