Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and support a nurturing, dynamic environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
