Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. You will assess functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and guide patients in regaining independence in daily activities. Collaborating with a skilled interdisciplinary team, you’ll provide education to patients and families, document care in EMR systems, and support a nurturing, high-quality clinical environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
