Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient rehab setting. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use evidence-based interventions to maximize patients’ independence in daily activities. Collaborating within a dynamic, interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and contribute to a nurturing, growth-oriented environment aligned with our mission of outstanding rehabilitative care.
