Job description
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and deliver individualized treatment plans, and guide patients in regaining independence in daily activities. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document progress in EMR, educate patients and families, and support a nurturing, high-quality care environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
