Job description
Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in our inpatient and home-based settings. In this role, you will evaluate functional limitations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to help patients regain independence in activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress, and contribute to discharge planning.
