nSt. Mary Medical Center is offering a $10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment for full-time position.
nUnder general direction from the Rehabilitation Services Manager, the OT (Occupational Therapist) Clinician is responsible for planning and administering treatments for patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

nProvidence St. Mary Medical Center facilities operate as a rural community hospital that provide:
nnnMedical and Surgical Units
n
nnIntensive Care Unit
n
nnInpatient Rehab Facility – CARF certified 8 bed unit
n
nnEmergency and Same Day Surgery
n
nnA diverse patient population including individuals with orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and post-acute needs
n
n nAs a therapy professional, you will help patients achieve functional progress and improve quality of life within a supportive, patient-centered environment.
nWage Range: $43.64 - $67.74

nShifts Available:
nFull-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift
nPer diem/On-call, Day shift
nRequired qualifications:
nnnEducation to meet certification, license or registration requirement.

nnUpon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License
n
nnUpon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
n
n nPreferred qualifications:
nn1 year Occupational Therapy experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
