nWe are seeking a Occupational Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. nResponsibilities
nPerform intakes and assessments
nCreate individualized treatment plans for each client
nUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate individual treatments
nMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
nPerform regular wellness checks
nAdhere to all facility and licensing standards
nQualifications
nCurrent and unrestricted Occupational Therapist license
nPrevious experience as a Occupational Therapist preferred
nBasic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nHighly organized
