What You'll Do
Assist residents with occupational therapy treatments and activities
Help residents improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Support individualized therapy goals and treatment plans
Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
Educate residents on adaptive equipment and safe techniques
Help create positive rehabilitation outcomes for residents
What You'll Need
Associate degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current Washington OTA license in good standing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
Passion for helping residents improve their quality of life
