Occupational Therapy Assistant - BelvidereAs a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will collaborate with our team of experienced professionals to provide exceptional rehabilitation services to our patients in Belvidere, Illinois. We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our dynamic team, where you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to assist in delivering patient-specific treatments and achieve excellent functional outcomes.• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipmentAs an Occupational Therapy Assistant with Enhance Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where we prioritize professional development and provide the resources needed to achieve and maintain quality care for all our patients.
