Qualifications
Current Texas COTA statelicensureorcertification required.
CPRcertificationpreferred(unlessrequiredbyhospital policy).
Successfulcompletionofanassociate'sdegreefromanaccreditedoccupationaltherapy assistant program is preferred.
Effectivecommunicationskillsforinteractionswithpatients,families,and caregivers.
Demonstratedcompetencyinoccupationaltherapy treatment.
