Occupational Therapy Assistant / OTA - CCRC: Full-time
nContinuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) - a diverse setting with a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care.
nJob Type: Full-time
nSchedule: Flexible, up to 40 hours per week
nMonday to Friday, one rotating weekend day per month
nPay: state range $24 to $38 per hour
nLocation: Presbyterian Village Austell - Austell, GA (

nKey Responsibilities
nClinical Occupational Therapy Services
nnnProvide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
n
nnImplement individualized treatment plans designed to maximize residents' independence, safety, and quality of life
n
nnAccurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes
n
nnCommunicate resident status and treatment recommendations with the supervising Occupational Therapist
n
nnAssist with screenings, treatment interventions, and discharge planning activities
n
n nWellness & Resident Engagement
nnnAssist with wellness classes and therapeutic group programming
n
nnParticipate in campus-wide wellness initiatives and resident activities
n
nnPromote healthy aging, functional independence, and resident participation through engaging programs
n
nnSupport creative and innovative approaches to resident wellness and quality of life
n
n nTeam Collaboration
nnnCollaborate with therapists, nursing staff, wellness personnel, and other interdisciplinary team members
n
nnParticipate in care plan meetings and resident-centered care discussions
n
nnContribute ideas that enhance therapy services, wellness programming, and resident outcomes
n
nnSupport special projects and departmental initiatives that promote growth and innovation
n
nnPassion for serving older adults and promoting person-centered care

nnCurrent license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
