(Territories designed to minimize drive time with clustered scheduling)
Compensation & Earning Potential
Pay-per-visit model: $45-$50 per visit

Your Role as a Home Health COTA Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools

Qualifications Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
CPR certification
Home health experience preferred, but not required
