Occupational Therapy AssistantHometown Home Health is a full service home health care agency. We offer a wide range of skilled medical home care services and clinical nursing care in the Greater Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas.Our team is searching for a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Florida who prioritizes patient care. We are hiring for full-time and PRN roles.What You'll DoProvide occupational therapy services and assessments to patients in their homesGuide and instruct patients through prescribed therapeutic care.Assist in the implementation and development of patient care plans.Prepare progress notes following visits for patients' charts.What You Need:Graduated after successful completion of an Occupational Therapy Assistant education program accredited by:The Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association, Inc. (AOTA), or its successor organizations.Is eligible to take, or successfully completed, the entry-level certification examination for Occupational Therapy Assistants developed, and administered, by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc.
