Occupational Therapy AssistantAssist patients in their move toward independence by setting realistic goals and treatment plans. Prepares adaptive equipment used during treatment and supports patient activities. Documents therapeutic activities and details of patients progress.Education: Graduate from an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assistants is required.Certification/Licensure: Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the South Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy and registration with the National Board for certification in Occupational Therapy.
