Job description
Sigma Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for diverse patients. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, guiding patients through therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and use of adaptive equipment. You’ll document progress in the EMR, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and families.
