nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our home health care team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Your goal will be to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and enhance their quality of life.
nKey Responsibilities:
nAssist in implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapists
nProvide direct therapy services to patients in their homes
nMonitor and document patient progress and communicate with the care team
nEducate patients and family members on therapeutic activities and use of adaptive equipment
nEnsure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
nQualifications:
nGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
nCurrent OTA license in the state of (Insert State)
nCPR certification (preferred
nMinimum of 1 year of OTA experience (home health experience is a plus)
nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
nLevel 2 Background Screening
nBilingual in English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
nThis is a remote position.
