Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) – Part-Time or PRN
Location: Cadiz, OH Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our rehab team in Cadiz, Ohio on a Part-Time or PRN basis. This is a great opportunity for an OTA looking for flexibility, supportive leadership, and meaningful patient care.
Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
Assist the Occupational Therapist with treatment plans
Provide skilled therapy services to residents
Document treatments and progress per facility and state guidelines
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Promote patient independence and quality of life
Requirements:
Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
Active Ohio OTA license (required)
SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome
Strong communication and teamwork skills
