Job description
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in integrated healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our dynamic team. This role involves working under the supervision of our occupational therapists to provide patient-focused rehabilitation in a variety of settings including inpatient, home health, and hospice environments. The OTA will assist patients in developing, recovering, improving, and maintaining the skills needed for daily living and working, based on prescribed therapeutic modalities.
