Job description
South Pacific Rehab Services is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver one-on-one treatments that focus on functional recovery, ADLs, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing care plans, documenting in EMR, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and educating residents and families.
