nnnExecute personalized recovery plans by applying therapeutic modalities that help patients regain the essential skills needed for daily living and independence.
n
nnChampion patient progress by closely monitoring responses to treatment and collaborating with the Occupational Therapist to refine goals for optimal outcomes.
n
nnEmpower patients and caregivers through hands-on education, ensuring they understand the recovery process and how to navigate physical challenges safely.
n
nnFacilitate seamless transitions by providing expert guidance on adaptive equipment and community resources, ensuring patients are prepared for life after discharge.
n
n nWhat minimum requirements you'll need
nLicensure / Certification / Registration:
nnnBLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
n
nnCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Occupational Therapist Assistant temporary letter will be accepted until license is issued.
n
n nEducation:
nnHigh School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
