Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Working closely with occupational therapists and an interdisciplinary rehab team, you will implement treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic activities, and document progress. You will educate patients and families, promote safety and independence in daily living skills, and help prepare patients for a safe discharge home.
