Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital. In this role, you’ll implement treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain independence after stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other serious illness. Responsibilities include assisting with therapeutic exercises and ADL training, documenting progress, educating patients and families, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
