Job description
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients in recovering function and independence after stroke, brain or spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic conditions. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you’ll implement treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, observe and document patient progress, and educate patients and families on home exercises and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and therapists in a coordinated, interdisciplinary care model that emphasizes clinical excellence, compassion, and measurable outcomes.
