Job description
Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic conditions, and other serious illnesses. Under the supervision of an occupational therapist, you will carry out treatment plans, lead therapeutic activities, and provide hands-on support with ADLs and functional mobility. Responsibilities include accurate documentation, assisting with patient and family education, collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team, and maintaining safety and infection control standards in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
