Job Description:
- Are you a passionate and adaptable Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) looking for a rewarding travel assignment?
- Join a dynamic skilled nursing facility in beautiful Monterey County, CA, where you will make a meaningful impact on residents' lives!
Duties:
- Implement engaging occupational therapy treatment plans for both short-term and long-term residents.
- Collaborate effectively with a licensed Occupational Therapist and an interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Complete documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility requirements.
Requirements:
- Active OTA License.
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred; mentorship available for those with 0-1 year of experience.
- Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- Flexible and collaborative mindset.
- Preference for a Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
Shift Information:
- Flex schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
- Holiday coverage required.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- Less than 1 year.
Certifications / Requirements:
- BLS/BCLS.
