### Exciting Opportunity for Home Health Occupational Therapist in West Portland, OR!
- Position : Home Health Occupational Therapist
- Location : West Portland, OR and Surrounding Areas
- Starting Date : ASAP
- Shift Details : 8-hour days (08:00 - 16:30)
- Patient Ratios : 1:1 (Visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
- Experience Required : Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience
- First-Timers : Welcomed!
- Weekend Work : Not required
- Certifications : BCLS required
- On-Call Duties : No on-call required
- Floating Required : No need to float between units
#### Additional Details:
- Transportation : Own transportation is required.
- Driving Time : Clients are grouped to minimize driving; occasional maximum of 60 miles per day (60-90 minute total drive time).
- COVID Vaccination : Primary series COVID vaccination is required.
- Charting : Experience with Oasis is required; charting done through EPIC Remote Client and Rover app.
- Attire : Business casual preferred, no jeans. Scrubs allowed but not required.
- Parking & Mileage Reimbursement : Free parking and IRS standard mileage reimbursement.
#### Important Notes:
- Local Acceptance : Locals considered within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate.
- Guaranteed Hours : Facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks).
- RTO Restrictions : Confirm with hiring manager.
- Block Scheduling : Not open to accommodating block schedules.
